Kaitlyn Anderson

Kaitlyn Anderson serves as the Director of Production at The Washington Ballet since September 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Associate Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager at Milwaukee Repertory Theater from August 2014 to June 2023, and as Associate Production Manager at Yale School of Drama and Yale Repertory Theatre from January 2013 to February 2014, contributing to notable productions such as Hamlet and Richard II. Kaitlyn's background also includes positions at Sarasota Opera, New York International Fringe Festival, Tech Production Services, and La Jolla Playhouse, among others, with a focus on production efficiency and logistical support.
