Artistic and Performance Team

The Artistic and Performance Team at The Washington Ballet is responsible for the creation, rehearsal, and execution of the company’s diverse ballet repertoire. This team works under the guidance of the Artistic Director to ensure excellence in performances by managing rehearsals, coordinating with choreographers, and maintaining the artistic quality of both classical and contemporary works. The team also supports community engagement and educational initiatives to develop the next generation of dancers.
