Tina Gaddy

Tina S. Gaddy currently serves as the Executive Director of Employer Relations at The Washington Center since October 2022, following their role as Director of Employer Relations. Previously, Tina Gaddy was a member of the Board of Directors for Young Professionals in Foreign Policy from July 2018 to January 2023 and held the position of Assistant Director for Undergraduate Professional Development at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service from 2019 to October 2022. Tina's extensive experience includes serving as Associate Director of Employer Relations at George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs, Jobologist at TSG Consulting, Director of Career Development at Roosevelt University, President of the Metropolitan Board of the Chicago Urban League, Assistant Director of Employer Relations at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Director of Career Services at DeVry University, and Director of Career Placement and Transfer at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. Tina S. Gaddy holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Organizational Management from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University.
