Andy Krauss

Andy Krauss is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including nonprofit organizations and sports. Currently serving as the Director of Communications for Maryland Inclusive Housing since May 2022, Andy leads efforts to promote affordable and accessible housing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previously, Andy held multiple communication roles, including Director of Communications for Sugar Free Kids Maryland and the Horizon Foundation of Howard County, where strategic communications plans and media outreach strategies were developed. Additionally, Andy's experience includes freelance writing for the Washington Commanders and US Lacrosse, as well as serving as a Press Officer for the National Education Association and a Public Relations Specialist at Lyons PR. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Andy's career reflects a strong commitment to advocacy and public relations in support of various missions.
