Barbara Strittmatter

Barbara Strittmatter has extensive experience in various roles within the retail and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Retail Sales Representative at Lilly Pulitzer since 2024, Barbara has also been with TIAG® since 2016, taking on roles such as Executive Office Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator. Other notable positions include Executive Sales Consultant at Rodan and Fields, where Barbara has worked since 2018, and Executive Secretary for the Washington Redskins Cheerleader Alumni Association since May 2023. With a strong background in patient care coordination as a Treatment Area Coordinator at Inova Health System from 2009 to 2016, Barbara has also held roles in human resources as a Benefits Representative at VSP Vision Care and as a Clinical Unit Secretary at Inova Loudoun Hospital.
