Amy Brittain

Amy Brittain is an accomplished investigative reporter with extensive experience in journalism. Currently serving at The Washington Post since January 2013, Amy was part of the reporting team that won the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting for tracking police officer-involved shootings nationwide. Prior to that, Amy worked at The Star-Ledger as a special writer, where a series on anabolic steroids earned the 2010 George F. Polk Award. Additional roles include reporting on MLB games for MLB.com, interning as a sports reporter at The Arizona Republic, and serving various positions at The Daily Reveille during college. Amy holds a Master's degree in Digital Media from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University.
