Cathy Merrill Williams has had a successful career in various leadership roles. Cathy began their career at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Mgt Consulting) in 1995, where they served as a Principal/Partner until 2002. Cathy then moved on to ACS (now part of Xerox) in 2002, where they became the Director of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing and collecting 60% of the nation's tolls, totaling $2.7 billion a year, including the majority of the E-ZPass network in the northeast. In 2007, Williams joined Washingtonian Magazine as the Chief Executive Officer, a position they still hold.
