Darlene Hobbs

Darlene Hobbs is currently serving as the Group Compliance and Financial Administration Manager at Wawanesa Insurance since March 2024. Previously, Darlene worked at PPI as the Director National Compensation from January 2020 to November 2023. Darlene’s extensive career at Manulife spanned over 34 years, where titles included Director of Distributor Services, Manager of the Advisor Experience Centre, Supervisor of Commissions and Collections, Compensation Sales Analyst, and Retirement Coordinator. In these roles, Darlene led teams responsible for advisor contracting, compensation processing, and compliance, managed significant budgets, and handled complex financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.
