Michael Chang ’92 lives in San Francisco with his family and is the CEO of YesVideo head-quartered in Santa Clara, California. He became CEO and joined the board of YesVideo following the successful acquisition of Greystripe, the company he co-founded and grew into one of the world’s largest mobile advertising networks. Chang received his bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his MBA from Duke University. In 2012, he established the Michael Chang ’92 Scholarship Fund at Webb.

YesVideo is the global leader in personal home video transfer and online video sharing. It digitizes video formats such VHS, Beta, and 8mm film and stores its customer’s treasured memories in the cloud for access online, through mobile and connected TV. To date, YesVideo has transferred over 10M videos.

After Webb, Deval received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College. He spent a year at the London School of Economics studying finance in the General Course program.

Prior to his work at Eagle, Deval was at DLB Capital (private equity firm), where he was a vice president and the firm’s leader in investments, portfolio company management, and investor relationships. While at DLB, he sat on the Board of Western United Life Assurance, serving on the Audit, Investment, and Nominating Committees.

Before DLB Capital, Deval was at FirstLight Financial (hedge fund), where he was a senior associate in the Bank Loans & Trading group responsible for underwriting and managing non-investment grade debt investments across the capital structure for U.S. borrowers. Deval began his career in investment banking at Citigroup.

He was a member of the Asset Finance Group, working on asset-based and principal finance transactions.
