Michael Hoe

Michael Hoe currently serves as the Assistant Head of School and Director of Studies at The Webb Schools since July 2019. Previously, Michael was a Fellow at the National Association of Independent Schools from February 2022 to February 2023 and participated in the CATDC Leadership Fellowship from October 2020 to April 2021. Michael's extensive experience at Noble and Greenough School included roles as Director of Academic Support, Assistant Director of Residential Life, and Science Teacher from August 2008 to June 2019. In addition to teaching subjects such as AP Biology and Chemistry, Michael has coached various sports, including Junior Varsity and Varsity Football. Michael's career also includes experience as an Operations Professional at Tiffany & Co. and as a Research Assistant at Hasbro Children's Hospital. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Sc.B. in Neuroscience from Brown University.
