Amer Grozdanic

Amer Grozdanic is the CEO and Co-Founder of Praella, a company recognized as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ and ranked #34 among Fortune's Best Places to Work in Chicago in 2022. Under Amer's leadership, Praella has achieved multiple accolades, including a 2022 Webby Award for People's Choice and a 2023 Webby recognition as Runner Up for Best UX. In addition to leading Praella, Amer serves as an Investor and Advisor for Commerce Roundtable, and co-hosts ASOM Pod, a video-first e-commerce podcast. Amer holds executive membership in the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences and serves as an Academy Member and Judge for The Webby Awards. Previous experience includes roles as an eCommerce Advisor at AlphaSights, CEO of HulkApps, VP of Digital Services and Marketing at EMPIST, co-founder and CMO of Lumia Marketing Agency, and CMO of Optyn. Amer's educational background includes studies in Political Science, International Relations, and Affairs at Northeastern Illinois University and additional education from Stanford University.
