Leaf Arbuthnot

Leaf Arbuthnot is an experienced editor and writer with a diverse background in journalism and editing. Currently serving as Assistant Editor at The Week since September 2021, Leaf previously held the position of Features Director at Tatler from August 2020 to September 2021. Prior roles include work on the leaders desk and as a feature writer for The Times and The Sunday Times, as well as a freelance manuscript reader for MARIA B. CAMPBELL ASSOCIATES UK, LTD. Leaf's early career includes an internship at the Financial Times and editorial positions with londonette.com, Yale Daily News, Yale Economic Review, Aesthetica Magazine, and Cambridge Tab. Educational credentials include a Henry Fellowship from Yale University and a degree in Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge, along with a study period at Ecole normale supérieure focused on French and Italian Literature.
