The Weekend Projects builds and ships real, working software — one weekend at a time.

No 18-month roadmaps. No funding decks. Just shipped products that solve a specific problem for a specific person, priced honestly, live in production from day one.

First release: Kurzisms — an AI assistant that works entirely over SMS. No app, no WiFi, no account. Built for the 20+ million people in Germany that most AI products quietly leave out: older adults, rural areas with patchy coverage, tradespeople on job sites, and anyone who'd rather not install another app.

GDPR-first by architecture, not by policy document: EU-hosted inference, automatic detection and blocking of personal data before it reaches the AI, phone numbers hashed and never stored raw.
