David McKee

David McKee has a diverse work experience in the HR and technology sectors. David started their career as a Software Engineer and Project Manager at Iain Graham Consultants Ltd. In 1995, they joined Graham Technology as the Head of HR & OD, where they provided HR consultancy and employment law advice to senior managers and international business unit directors. David also served as the Training & Recruitment Manager, where they managed the UK Training Team and implemented personality and intelligence profiling. In 2008, Graham Technology was acquired by Sword Group, and David became the Head of HR & OD for Sword Ciboodle, delivering HR consultancy and advice to Execs and managers. David then took on various interim short-term HR roles in different companies before joining Gael Ltd as the HR Manager. At Gael Ltd, they managed HR functions for an international software company and provided SaaS quality, risk, and compliance solutions to global customers. David later worked at The Weir Group PLC as the Head of Talent Development and HR Business Partner, where they played a significant role in establishing a global digital technology team and implementing the digital strategy across various divisions.

David McKee completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Stirling from 1986 to 1988.
