Jeff Halsey

Jeff Halsey has extensive experience in leadership and human resources consulting. Jeff started their career in 1989 at ABB Switzerland Ltd., where they served as the VP of Human Resources until 2006. Jeff then joined ABB and held the position of Sr. Vice President of Human Resources from 1989 to 2006. In 2007, Jeff took on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Robbins & Myers, where they served until 2013. Jeff then joined Weir Minerals, North America as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 onwards, Jeff worked at The Weir Group PLC as the HR Director and Vice President of Human Resources in the Minerals Division. In 2022, they transitioned to become a leadership and human resources consultant.

Jeff Halsey pursued their education at Bowling Green State University from 1970 to 1974. Jeff obtained a degree in Business, focusing on Organization Development during this time. Later, from 1980 to 1984, Jeff attended the University of Connecticut where they completed their MBA with a specialization in Business.
