Jeremy Burroughs

Jeremy Burroughs has a diverse work experience in the field of tax. Jeremy worked at The Weir Group PLC as the President and Head of North America Tax, where they were responsible for overseeing the North American tax function and leading a team of nine tax professionals. Prior to that, they worked at ESCO Corporation as the Vice President of Tax and Treasurer, where they managed global tax and treasury functions, guided tax due diligence for the sale of ESCO Corporation, and advised on various M&A transactions.
