Justin Pfeffer

Justin Pfeffer is an experienced construction professional, currently serving as a Senior Pre Construction Manager at The Weitz Company since October 2025. Prior to this role, Justin held positions as Pre Construction Manager at Way Mechanical from July 2021 to October 2025, and Senior Estimator at TDIndustries, Inc. from June 2020 to July 2021.
