Since 2014, The Well has been perfecting a proprietary 22 point vetting system designed specifically to identify professional, committed specialists who are building their business with purpose. That means no side hustlers, hobbyists or 'necessity freelancers' in between full time gigs. Specialists who successfully complete this process are designated to one of two rosters - project or fractional - which is proven to make for stronger matches and lasting relationships with their clients.
