The Wellbeing Design Lab brings together interior designers, architects, and construction, and real-estate professionals committed to building healthier, more sustainable ways of working.

TWDL is a shared work environment where designers and architects collaborate on projects that improve professional success and career satisfaction

The lab is focused on the wellbeing, long-term health, and professional longevity of designers and creative practitioners. It addresses how work practices, communication, project structures, and industry culture impact stress, performance, and career sustainability.

Through peer exchange, applied research, workshops, and collaborative initiatives, members explore practical ways to improve how the design industry works—individually and collectively.

The Wellbeing Design Lab is a membership-based professional community interested in building healthier practices, stronger working cultures, and more sustainable careers in design.

Those interested in future discussions, roundtables, and enterprises can join the TWDL announcement list at thewellbeingdesignlab.com
