Prior to this, Ann worked as a Contract Recruiter for Household International from 2001 to 2003 and for Sun Microsystems, Inc. from 1995 to 2001. Ann began a career in human resources as an HR Manager with The Austin Company, where employment began in 1984 and continued until 1992.
