The Wellness Center PDX

The Wellness Center PDX ("TWC") provides unparalleled alternative health care in the Portland, Oregon area in the following realms: chiropractic; naturopathy; acupuncture; massage therapy, including related therapies like cupping, myofascial release, and trigger point release; as well as physical therapy and manual therapy. TWC's specialty is treating pain without the use of harsh medications while at the same time carefully increasing range of motion and strength. TWC providers have a wide range of experience and are familiar with many common ailments, including: neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, joint pain, spinal issues, etc. Many of TWC's patients receive great benefit from trigger point injections (TPI). These help calm concentrated areas of acutely inflamed soft tissue and help limit referred pain. In addition, TWC provides specialized allergy testing to better-tailor effective treatments. Both of these services are administered by TWC's in-house naturopath. Additionally, TWC providers possess in-depth experience working with patients coping with complicated autoimmune disorders, such as fibromyalgia, as well as the associated chronic pain. In all cases, TWC believes in working in partnership with patients to determine the best path towards improved wellness. TWC maintains a friendly, diverse, and welcoming atmosphere. TWC's staff is as diverse as its patients. The TWC team includes individuals fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic. Additionally, TWC staff are sensitive to LQBTQ issues. TWC remains dedicated to working to further improve cultural understandings.
