The Wellsbridge Group is a Southern California-based strategic philanthropy and nonprofit consulting firm founded on a simple belief: the communities closest to the problems are also closest to the solutions.
We partner with foundations, nonprofits, and cross-sector initiatives to build the strategy, infrastructure, and relationships that move resources where they matter most.

Our work spans philanthropic advising, organizational strategy, community engagement, and program design with a particular focus on equity, place-based change, and mobilizing from within underrepresented communities.
We bring a practitioner's lens to every engagement. Grounded in relationships, accountability, and results.

Based in Long Beach. Working regionally and nationally.
