Neetu Sahu is a seasoned Technical Recruiter with over 16 years of experience in the recruitment field. Currently serving at The Wellspring Group since December 2010, Neetu specializes in screening resumes, short-listing candidates, conducting interviews, and salary negotiation, as well as maintaining follow-ups with candidates post-joining. Prior to this role, Neetu worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Compnova from July 2006 to October 2010. Neetu holds a Master's Degree in Biotech from Berhampur University, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
