Lucy Brown

Lucy Brown serves as an Assistant Coach for the Wales U18s and Player Development Centre Lead at the WRU since August 2023, where notable achievements include the selection of 20 players for the Wales U18 and U20 squads, as well as two players earning senior international caps. Concurrently, at Rygbi Gogledd Cymru, Lucy leads the Regional Pathway Programme, contributing to an undefeated season for the U18 Regional Age Grade team and the selection of 12 players for the Wales U18 training squad. Additionally, Lucy has extensive experience as a Coach Educator for World Rugby and has held various coaching roles within Scottish Rugby, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing young talent in rugby both in Wales and Scotland. Lucy's educational background includes advanced degrees in Sports Performance Coaching and Sport Business Management, along with extensive qualifications in coaching and leadership.
