Serena Chern is an accomplished medical student currently pursuing a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Griffith University. With extensive experience in healthcare and education, Serena serves as Digital Communications and Student Representative for the Queensland Medical Women's Society and leads the ICU Clinical Data team at The Wesley Hospital. Additional roles include Medical Receptionist at Eatons Hill Medical Centre, Secretary for the Surgical Interest Association Inc., and participation in various committees and projects within the Australian Medical Students' Association. Serena has also contributed as an Academic Tutor and has held various leadership positions in organizations focused on social change and humanitarian efforts, including serving as a United Nations Peace Ambassador. Serena's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science and an International Baccalaureate, with a strong commitment to medical education and community engagement.
