Estherlita Griffiths

Estherlita F. Griffiths is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in information technology, operations, and change management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology and Computer Systems Analyst at The Wesleyan Church since June 2019, Estherlita also operates as the Director and Principal Consultant at Estherlita Griffiths & Associates Ltd. since November 2018. Previous roles include key leadership positions at Dress for Success Canada Foundation, SOTI, and Sears Canada, where Estherlita was recognized for performance excellence and significant contributions to enterprise architecture and IT governance. With a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, Estherlita has demonstrated a strong ability to manage multifaceted teams, enhance operational efficiency, and drive technology modernization initiatives across various organizations.
