Rich Colucciello

Rich Colucciello currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Wesson Group, LLC, since May 2023. Previously, Rich held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Director of Financial Planning Analysis at Encore Vet Group from November 2021 to April 2023. Rich's extensive career includes leadership roles such as VP of Financial Planning and Analysis and VP of HR and Finance at SCA Pharma, and Director of Corporate FP&A and Finance Director for Drug Product at AMRI. An early career at GE spanned roles including Solar Finance Manager and Renewable Energy FP&A Manager, alongside a military background as an Officer in the US Army. Rich began professional endeavors as a Mechanical Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Rich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College, and an MS in Business from the University of Central Texas.
