Elizabeth Mendoza

Elizabeth Mendoza is an experienced pastry cook with a strong background in culinary arts. Currently serving as Pastry Cook 1 at The Westin Anaheim Resort since March 2021, Elizabeth has honed skills in dessert preparation and presentation. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a Pastry Cook at Fashion Island Hotel Newport Beach from March 2015 to March 2020. Elizabeth holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Orange Coast College.
