Debra Ayala's work experience begins in 1988 at the San Diego Princess Resort & Spa, where they served as a Sales Manager until 1995. Debra then worked as a Conference Services Manager at Paradise Point Resort & Spa from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they held the role of Catering Sales Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach from 2001 to 2007. Since 2007, Debra has been working at The Westin / Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa, initially as the Director of Catering & Conference Services and currently as the Associate Director of Sales.
Debra Ayala holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
