Grace Aluoka

Assistant Principal, Secondary Boys at The Westminster School, Dubai

Having worked in Dubai since 2003, Grace is delighted to be appointed as the Assistant Principal Secondary-Boys at The Westminster School Dubai. Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts. She has also completed leadership training (NPQSL) in 2018. As an English specialist, Grace strongly believes that all students should be able to develop their creativity in a variety of contexts. Grace is committed to the development of student’s attainment and progress across different subjects. Grace has experience in developing strategies and working collaboratively with teachers to improve students’ performance.

The happiness of students in school is paramount to everything she strives to generate as the Secondary Assistant Principal. As a leader and a team player, Grace respects the views of all stakeholders, she also encourages the importance of parental engagement and participation in students’ social and emotional development. Outside of work Grace enjoys spending her time with her family. Born in a small town in Western Kenya, Grace developed a passion for teaching from an early age since both her parents were teachers.
