Laurie Cowden has a solid work experience in various financial roles. Laurie started their career at Nantucket Island Resorts in 1999 as a Controller for the Jared Coffin House, where they worked until 2004. After that, they joined New England Development as an Accounting Manager, holding this position until 2017. Since then, Laurie has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at The Westmoor Club.
Laurie Cowden completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Stonehill College, graduating in 1986. Prior to that, they attended Cambridge School of Weston, where they completed their high school education from 1978 to 1982. In 2016, they obtained a Master's Degree in Management, specifically a Master of Science in Management, from Lasell University.
