New York City Chapter Leader at The Weston A. Price Foundation

Claudia Keel is a co-director, co-founder, and herbal educator at ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism since January 2013. As the New York City Chapter Leader for the Weston A. Price Foundation since January 2002, Claudia supports community education and access to traditional foods, founding the Traditional Nutrition Guild and Traditional Foods Club. Claudia has been an herbalist, flower essence therapist, and nutrition therapist at EarthFlower since January 1998, offering health consultations and educational workshops. Additionally, Claudia served as president and founder of both the Traditional Nutrition Guild and Traditional Foods Club, fostering support for traditional organic farmers. Claudia's earlier experience includes roles as an artist in residence and muralist at Touchstone Center for Children and founder of the Art & Nature Project. Claudia holds a Master's degree in Religion from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The Weston A. Price Foundation

The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the human diet through education, research and activism. It supports a number of movements that contribute to this objective including accurate nutrition instruction, organic and biodynamic farming, pasture-feeding of livestock, community-supported farms, honest and informative labeling, prepared parenting and nurturing therapies. Specific goals include establishment of universal access to clean, certified raw milk and a ban on the use of soy formula for infants.
