Jill Spear

Jill Spear graduated from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga and The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She has managed a large rehab center, managed in and out-patient clinics in hospitals in FL and TN, and owned and operated a therapy staffing company.
