Gina Pell

Gina Pell is an accomplished entrepreneur and content creator, currently serving as Co-Founder of The What Alliance since September 2020, fostering a network for personal growth and professional excellence among diverse leaders. As Content Chief at The What Media since November 2015, Gina develops engaging lifestyle and wellness content for women, collaborating with partner Amy Parker on innovative business models. Prior roles include Chief Creative at LOLy Studios, where Gina launched LOLy emoji, and Chief Creative Officer at Joyus, where Gina was instrumental in pioneering short-form video retail. Additionally, Gina founded Splendora.com, one of the first female-focused lifestyle sites, and began their career as Associate Creative Director at Luminare Media. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and has further education from Universita Internazionale dell'Arte Venezia.
