Natalie Tennent is a seasoned executive in the beverage industry, currently serving as Managing Director at The Whisky Exchange since July 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie held various senior positions at Berry Bros. & Rudd from September 1994 to August 2025, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Director of International operations. Natalie’s earlier experience includes roles such as Finance & Operations Director for BBR Spirits Ltd., Financial Controller for Cutty Sark International, and Commercial Manager, demonstrating a robust background in finance and operations. Additionally, Natalie served as a Non-Executive Director at Purearth Life Ltd. from May 2019 to October 2022. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Honours) in Business Studies with a focus on International Marketing and Finance from Coventry University, completed in 1993.
