Jilly Norton

Jilly graduated in business studies, she spent 13 successful years with IPC Magazines, where she progressed to director level. Upon leaving IPC, she moved to Wiltshire and qualified to teach economics and business at GCSE and A-level. Jilly worked in both the state and private sectors for 10 years, and introduced enterprise programmes in all her schools. During this time, she developed a proven record of raising pupil achievement and attainment at entry level, GCSE, and A-level.

Jilly has subsequently held the position of vice chair of governors at a school for pupils with autism and complex needs. This role has equipped her with an in-depth knowledge of the special schools sector, multi-academy trusts, school governance, and working with local authorities.
