Kathryn Twine (Chartered MCIPD)

Kathryn Twine is a Chartered MCIPD with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. At The White Horse Federation, Kathryn serves as the Head of People - Operations and HR Lead for Employee Experience, focusing on employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, performance management, and professional development. Previously, Kathryn worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Louisa Fleet Recruitment Consultancy Ltd and Kangacrew Childcare Staff Solutions, where Kathryn handled job advertising, candidate interviews, and client meetings. Kathryn holds a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management from ICS Learn, along with a BSc (Hons) in Human Communication from De Montfort University.
