Paul Smith

Paul Smith is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The White Horse Federation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Future Academies from November 2015 to September 2022. In addition, Paul was the Regional School Commissioner at the Department for Education from July 2014 to November 2015, focusing on addressing underperformance in academies and fostering new sponsorships. Earlier in Paul’s career, from September 2007 to July 2014, Paul served as an Academy Principal and Executive Headteacher. Educational qualifications include attendance at Holy Family High School from 1985 to 1993.
