His areas of expertise cover a broad range of non-financial risk areas such as IT, Security, Data, Change, 3rd Parties, Fraud, People, and Property.

Richard is currently the Head of Operational Risk Oversight at TSB Bank with accountability for delivery of "in the moment assessment" and "assurance review plans" to test control design, operating effectiveness, governance, and risk practices across varied business functions.
