Tim Graham

Tim Graham is an experienced facilities coordinator currently working at Shaw Trust since October 2022. In addition to this role, Tim has served as a site assistant at The White Horse Federation since August 2018, where responsibilities include school caretaker duties. Previously, Tim worked at MARS Chocolate Limited for 20 years as a production line manager, overseeing a team of 15 and focusing on performance management, continuous improvement, coaching, and personal development within chocolate supply production. Tim holds an OND in building services engineering from Langley College, earned between 1984 and 1989.
