Whitney Tran is a seasoned event specialist with extensive experience in managing and executing events across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at WEVENT LLC since January 2022, Whitney focuses on creating seamless and budget-conscious events. Whitney has also worked as an Advance Associate for the Biden/Harris Administration since February 2021, and held the position of Vice President of Events and Operations at Handshake from May 2021 to January 2022. Previous roles include managing events for the World Resources Institute, overseeing operations for On Board Experiential Marketing, and owning Onward Events LLC, where expertise in event management and logistics was developed. Whitney holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago.
