Richard Elford

Richard Elford has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leading teams and managing multi-site operations. Richard is currently the Group HR Director at The Whittan Group, overseeing the HR agenda for a private equity-owned manufacturing business with multiple locations across the UK and Europe. Before that, they served as the Head of HR at Kuehne+Nagel's Drinks Logistics division, where they managed a team of HR professionals in a heavily unionized environment. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources for Essentra's UK operations, responsible for a large national HR team.
