Level II Occupational Therapy Fieldwork Student at The Whole Person

Rabia Azam is a Level II Occupational Therapy Fieldwork Student currently with The Whole Person since September 2021, having previously completed a Level II Fieldwork experience at Horizon Academy, a school for students with learning disabilities, from February to May 2021. Prior to that, Rabia held a Level I Occupational Therapy Fieldwork position at We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym, where activities were developed to support children's developmental milestones from August 2019 to May 2020. Rabia's educational background includes a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of Kansas Medical Center (2019-2022) and a degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Pre-Occupational Therapy Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2014-2018). Additionally, Rabia participated in a student internship at Preferred Physical Therapy in early 2018 and was involved in the UMKC Propel Program as a peer mentor during the 2017-2018 academic year. Rabia's foundational education includes studies at Johnson County Community College and graduating from Olathe North High School in 2014.
