Micah Heppermann

Micah Heppermann currently serves as Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at Virtu Strategies Group LLC and as a Compliance Consultant for The Wideman Group. Previously, Micah worked as a Medical Marijuana Compliance Officer for the State of Missouri, overseeing facility licensing, seed to sale tracking, and compliance monitoring from August 2020 to February 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Safety Manager at TVS Supply Chain Solutions North America and Multi-Site Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Boxes, Inc., focusing on safety compliance and OSHA regulations. Micah has a strong background in quality assurance, having served as QA/QC Lead at Haas Group International and as Quality Assurance and Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor at Stellar Manufacturing. Micah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Fire Science from Lindenwood University.
