Tyler Morse has a diverse work experience in the golf industry. Tyler started their career in 2011 as an Assistant Golf Professional at the Oregon Golf Association and also handled USGA PJ Boatwright Tournament Administration. In 2013, they worked as a Golf Professional at Chelsea Piers. Tyler then joined The Wigwam in 2014 as the Director of Golf Events until 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the First Assistant Golf Professional at Oga Golf Course. In 2018, they took on the role of Executive Director at Jacobsen Youth Initiative, managing various programs and fundraising. Concurrently, they served as the Director of Youth Programming & Development at the Oregon Golf Association. Currently, Tyler is the Head Golf Professional at The Wigwam, a position they have held since 2020.
Tyler Morse earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of Oregon, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Tyler has obtained several certifications related to data analysis and database management. Tyler completed courses such as "Data Driven Decision-Making in SQL," "Database Design," "Introduction to Relational Databases," "Introduction to SQL Server," "Introduction to Tableau," "Data Visualization with ggplot2," "Introduction to R," "Introduction to SQL," and "Joining Data in SQL" from DataCamp. These certifications were obtained between January 2020 and April 2020.
