James Tackach

James Tackach was a charter member of the Wilbury Theatre Group Board of Directors. He served as board president from 2012-15 and now serves as board secretary. He is a Professor of English at Roger Williams University, specializing in American literature. He is the author and editor of more than a dozen books, including Lincoln’s Moral Vision: The Second Inaugural Address and Early Black Reformers. His articles have appeared in The New York Times, The Providence Journal, and a variety of academic journals and essay collections.
