Patience Thody is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resources. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer at The Wildlife Trusts since January 2009, Patience has played a crucial role in the organization's executive transitions and resource management. Previously, as Director of Operations, responsibilities included overseeing the planning and management of financial, human, and ICT resources, while earlier serving as Senior HR & Operations Manager provided strategic HR support across a network of 47 charities.
