John Hafdal

John Hafdal has extensive experience in the fitness and sports industries, currently serving as a Cf-L1 Trainer at Crossfit Prior Lake since September 2019. Additionally, John has been an Advisor with AdvoCare since October 2015 and holds the position of Assistant Golf Professional at The Wilds Golf Club since April 2014. Prior to these roles, John competed as a Professional Golfer with Professional Golf Tours from January 2016 to August 2019. John is an alumnus of Bemidji State University.
