Laura Kerr

Laura Kerr is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and advisory roles. Currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at The Wilf Ward Family Trust since February 2023, Laura has also held positions as an HR Advisor and People Specialist at Community Integrated Care since October 2021. Previously, Laura worked as an Area HR Manager for Fenwick, overseeing HR functions in the Newcastle and York stores, and as an HR Officer at Fenwick Ltd. from March 2006 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as a Personnel Officer at CAPI Ltd. Laura holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management and Services from Northumbria University, completed in 2003.
