Zach Elsner

Zach Elsner is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in litigation and victim advocacy. Serving as the Chairperson of the Board at Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center since February 2021, Zach also holds the roles of Litigation Attorney, Practice Manager, Managing Attorney, and Director of the Litigation Department at The Wilhite Law Firm since November 2014. Previous positions include Associate Attorney at Bachus & Schanker, LLC, where Zach managed a substantial caseload and achieved a $15 million verdict in a wrongful death trial, and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, where over 60 trials were conducted across various crime categories. Zach began legal training as a Law Clerk Extern for the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington, after attaining a J.D. from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Colorado Boulder.
